The Call to Evangelism
In these years, General Lampstone Reez experienced a strong calling to evangelism and developed a deep hunger for God. He began preaching on the streets of Mombasa every evening and later served as a youth pastor, sharing the Gospel and discipling young people.
Growing in Ministry
During these years, General Lampstone Reez served as an assistant pastor while actively evangelizing and preaching the Gospel. Despite many challenges and struggles, he remained faithful to his calling and later established his own church, continuing to serve God with dedication and perseverance.
A Growing Passion for Souls
As his ministry grew, General Lampstone Reez remained committed to evangelism, preaching on the Likoni ferries and the streets, markets and villages. During this time, he witnessed a great move of God, saw many lives transformed, and connected with like-minded ministers who shared his passion for reaching souls.
500,000 Souls for Christ Campaign Trail
Moved by a burden for the lost and guided by God's direction, General Lampstone Reez launched the 500,000 Souls Campaign Trail. Through this initiative, he witnessed a greater move of God as many people heard the Gospel, gave their lives to Christ, and experienced transformation.
1.85 Million Souls for Christ Campaign Trail
A vision for greater harvest. As God continued to expand his vision for evangelism, General Lampstone Reez received a burden to reach 1.85 million souls with the Gospel. This calling led to a wider evangelistic movement, resulting in many salvations, transformed lives, and a powerful move of God across communities.
7,000 Villages Gospel Campaign Trail for Jesus Christ
Today, the vision has grown into the 7000 Villages Gospel Campaign Trail, reaching communities through evangelism, discipleship, church partnerships, women and youth empowerment, children's feeding programs, school and hospital outreaches, and compassion support for vulnerable families. Throughout this journey, God has faithfully guided and expanded the ministry, bringing hope, transformation, and the Gospel to thousands of lives.
